We have made edible silver and gold vark since 1973, and we sell it direct — there is no reseller between you and the metal. Every sheet is beaten by machine in a dust-free room between polymer sheets, so it is 100% vegetarian, unlike traditionally beaten varakh which uses animal gut or leather.
Both products come as 150 sheets per box in three sizes. Silver is the everyday leaf for mithai, paan and ayurvedic preparations; gold is used where the occasion warrants it — wedding sweets, premium chocolate, temple offerings. Purity is 99.99% in both cases, and we will state it in writing for anyone who needs the documentation.
